A Little Something for Your Hopes, But to Also Keep You Grounded

March 31, 2022 by Gina | Leave a Comment

It’s always good to have a vision for your future but also to be well-grounded, would you agree? This week I’ve been focused on both, especially since we are at the end of a month, season, and quarter. It’s always good to review our progress, acknowledge miscalculations, make new plans from a realistic prospective. In this week’s Influence episode 64 of The Gina Duke Show podcast, I share why visionary leaders are always promotable whether in ministry, the marketplace, or in God’s eyes. In this week’s mini planning session episode 65, I share my recent realization, thanks to scripture, that although the weather has four seasons, apparently the human experience has 28. Part of your evaluation time may be spent determining which of the 28 seasons you are in right now….hmmm…and once you know, you can fully commit it.

Are You a Visionary Leader?

Visionary Leaders are always promotable and specifically designed to be used by God. If you feel inadequate and would like to ensure your capacity for promotion, I have 6 aspects of visionary leadership that may do you well. You may listen HERE.

Which Season Are You In?

The human experience is full of nuanced complexities. There are many seasons of life. There are times when life comes to us and we must take it as it is. Some are cheerful times and some not so much. Either way, we must embrace our seasons with God by our side. I wonder which season you may be in. Listen in HERE and see!
