When angry with someone, write them a letter and say whatever you want, however you want. Then tear it up in tiny little pieces. Put the shreds into a small bag and secure it on the title page of Chapter 2 ‘s Freedom and Forgiveness of your copy of Organizing Your Prayer Closet.
“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, Ephesians 4:26
Then, every time you begin to rehash your negative and angry feelings, go to that page and remind yourself that you and the Lord have already dealt with this – HIS way! Remember that there is freedom IN forgiveness, and move on. You are welcome.
Happy Prayer Journaling!
